Due to COVID-19, there have been a lot of disruptions in the supply chain and many shipment carriers, including UPS, have become overloaded. We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for the time being. Thank you for your patience as we navigate through this tough time together.
THE BASICS
We're proud to offer free shipping to the contiguous 48 United States on all orders over $99. We also offer expedited shipping if you need your items quicker. All items are processed and shipped out same-day, if ordered before 7:00 p.m. EST, excluding Sundays. All items purchased after 7:00 p.m. or on Sundays will be shipped on the following business day.

Generally speaking, nearly all of our packages arrive at customers' homes within 7 business days, depending on your location. See the below shipping graph for a solid shipping time estimation to your location.
SAME-DAY HANDLING
All orders made before 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday are shipped out same-day. Orders after 7:00 p.m. or on Sundays will ship on the next business day.
PRICING
Our Standard Shipping pricing is based on order value and weight. If your total purchase is over $99, and you're in the continental US, you will qualify for free Standard Shipping. Our Standard Shipping rates are outlined below.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer expedited shipping for all items. Our rates are outlined below.
INSURANCE
All orders are insured by default by UPS. More expensive orders will include additional insurance to ensure a safe delivery.
PACKAGING
All boards are packed in large boxes, bubble wrapped over several times. We have a very low shipment damage rate using this method. However, if you do have a problem with damaged goods on delivery, be sure to take pictures of the box and item and notify us within 3 business days of receipt so that we can work with UPS to get you a refund and a replacement, if desired.
