The Winchester Torque is the most elite of the VS mid-range models, with it’s durable and responsive core combination consisting of a quality 2.4 pcf EthafoamTM PE core, 2 x EXTTM Stringers, and HDPE slick. Together the core combination has the flex, recoil and weight of an elite board, and it even looks the part with its 8lb NXL PE decking skin, but sells for an achievable price.
