RETURN POLICY

THE BASICS

We're proud to offer a 60-day return policy here at Beachgoer. As long as your item is in unopened, unused condition, just let us know, we'll send you a return label, and you can return it within 60 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or replacements on used or opened items.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return label costs, in addition to a 10% restocking fee.

Note: We cannot offer free returns for unwanted color if color was not specified at checkout. We will accept returns on unopened unwanted-color items, but the customer is responsible for return shipping.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item is defective on arrival, please contact us so we can assist.

Please keep the board as it arrives in new condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or replacements on used boards. Once a board is used, it cannot be classified as defective.

THE DETAILS

For unwanted items, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will calculate costs for you and send a return label upon receipt.

To get started with a return, just contact us by clicking here or going to our Help Center. We'll need your order number and the product you're returning, or, if you don't have the order number off-hand, we may ask for an address or email address used to make your purchase as well as the purchase date. We will assign you an RMA number and get a return shipping label out to you.

Upon receipt of the shipping label, just box your item up and send it back to us by dropping your return off at your nearest UPS drop-off location (or USPS Post Office, depending on return shipment method).

Once we receive your return, we will inspect your item and issue your refund. Please only return using our prepaid labels. If you're unable to use our labels, please note that we cannot accept COD shipments, and all labels used to return items must be prepaid.

If your item isn't eligible for a return, we may issue partial refunds or partial store credit on a case-by-case basis, so be sure to contact us if you have any issues at all with any order.

DAMAGED-ON-ARRIVAL GOODS

Please contact us within three business days of any goods received that were damaged on arrival, and we'll ensure it's all taken care of!

EXCLUSIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on surfboards, skimboards, bodyboards, kayaks, SUP boards, windsurfing kites, certain large or heavy items, and personal care items (i.e. sunscreen) due to the nature of these items. Additionally, we cannot accept returns due to color preference, if the color was not specified at checkout.

LEGAL

We reserve the right to deny any return at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any order.
